Your account
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and give us true account details. If you use Meshix for an organization, you must be allowed to act for it. Keep your login and API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens through your account, so tell us if you think someone else got in.
Rules for using Meshix
Use Meshix lawfully. Don't use it to design weapons or illegal items, hurt people, or break someone's copyright, patent, or privacy. Only upload content you're allowed to use. Don't attack Meshix, get around its limits or safety rules, try to see other people's private data, or disrupt the service. Follow the rules of any AI service you use with Meshix.
Your content
You keep your rights to what you send us. You let SHPIT LLC store, copy, change, and use that content and the designs made from it to run, secure, fix, and improve Meshix, including tuning how it makes designs. Companies that help run Meshix may do this for us. This permission is worldwide and non-exclusive, so you can still use your work however you like. The choices in our Privacy Policy, like the improvement opt-out, still apply.
We don't claim to own your designs. They may not be unique and may not be protected by copyright or patents. Check that you have the rights you need before you sell, make, or share them.
Public designs
Treat publishing as permanent. Gallery designs normally stay public. Anyone can see them, and others can download them or fork them into their own versions. Designs made as a guest are public by default. Publishing lets us show your design and offer these features, but gives others no other rights unless you grant them.
You may be able to unpublish a design, but copies may already exist, and a design someone has forked stays public. We cannot erase copies from the internet or send takedown requests to other sites for you, except where the law requires us to act.
Check every design before use
Designs, files, and automatic checks are provided AS IS. We don't promise that a design will fit, be strong enough, be possible to make, or be safe. Passing a check is not engineering approval.
Inspect and test every design before you print, build, or use it. Have a qualified professional review it if failure could hurt someone or damage something. You are responsible for how you make and use it.
Changes to Meshix and closing accounts
We may change, limit, pause, or end Meshix. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms, abuse Meshix, or create security risks, or when the law requires it. We will warn you first when it is practical and legal. You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account or send you a copy of your data.
No warranties and limits on liability
As far as the law allows, Meshix and everything it produces are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, with no warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise Meshix will always work, be secure, or be free of errors.
As far as the law allows, SHPIT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim about Meshix is limited to US $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened, whichever is more. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.
Disputes
If you have a problem, email us first so we can try to fix it. These terms follow the law that applies to you, including consumer protections where you live. If we can't settle a dispute, it can go to a court that has the authority to hear it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post each new version here with its date and tell you about big changes when the law requires. Using Meshix after an update takes effect means you accept it, where the law allows. If you don't agree, stop using Meshix. Send questions and legal notices, including copyright complaints, to SHPIT LLC at support@meshix.app.
