What we keep
We save your account details, prompts, files, designs, feedback, and messages you send us. We also keep app activity, technical details like your IP address and browser, and records of how our AI works, such as what it was asked, what it answered, and which tools it used.
If you use Meshix as a guest, we save an ID in your browser so your designs stay linked to you.
We may review and use all of this to run Meshix, keep it safe, fix problems, and improve how it makes designs. Please don't put passwords, API keys, or private details you don't need into prompts or files.
Who gets it
We do not sell your data.
Companies that help run Meshix, such as hosting, storage, AI, and support providers, process data so we can provide the service. Some may keep copies for a time under their own rules.
We may also share data when the law requires it, to protect people or Meshix, or if SHPIT LLC is sold or merges with another company.
If you use Meshix from another AI app, that app's privacy policy covers your chats there.
Your choices
Email support@meshix.app from your account email to ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop its use in future improvement work. Guests can send links to their designs. Never send passwords or API keys.
We will check that the request is yours and explain any limits, such as backup copies, records we must keep, and improvement work already done.
Making a design private hides it from others but does not opt you out of improvement work. Ask us for that.
Need us not to keep your work?
We may be able to offer zero data retention, depending on your needs. Contact us before you send the work so we can agree on what is covered.
The public gallery
The gallery is public. Treat publishing as permanent.
Anyone can see public designs, even without an account. That can include the prompt, previews, files, and run history. Others can download public designs or fork them into their own versions. Designs made as a guest are public by default.
Gallery designs normally stay public. You may be able to unpublish a design, but copies may already exist, and a design someone has forked stays public. We cannot erase copies from the internet. We don't send takedown requests to other sites for you, except where the law requires us to act.
How long we keep it
We keep account details while your account is open. We keep designs, including guest designs, until they are deleted. Other records, such as AI records, logs, and backups, have no set deletion date. We keep them while they help us run, secure, fix, or improve Meshix, or when the law requires it.
Backups can hold older copies, including things you deleted in the app. When we handle a deletion request, we will tell you about any copies we can't remove.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your guest designs and settings like your theme, and measure visits. If you clear or block them, you may be signed out or lose access to guest designs.
Security and where data is processed
We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we and our providers work. Those countries may have different privacy laws, so we use the protections the law requires when data moves between them.
Legal reasons and your rights
Some privacy laws, such as those in the UK and EU, ask us to state our legal reasons for using data. We use it to provide the service you asked for, to follow the law, for our legitimate interest in keeping Meshix safe and improving it, and with your consent when we ask for it.
Depending on where you live, you may also be able to object to or limit some uses, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Email us to use these rights. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Changes and contact
