Tell us your account email, a link to the design or run, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots and the time it happened, with your time zone, help us look into it.
For a connected AI app, include the app's name and version, the Meshix tool you used, and the error message. Remove passwords, API keys, and other secrets first.
Privacy requests
Email us from your account email to ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop its use in future improvement work. Guests can send links to their designs. We will check that the request is yours and explain any limits.
Report a security problem
Email us with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected page or feature, what's wrong, and safe steps to reproduce it. Don't include anyone else's private data or passwords, and please keep the report private while we look into it.
Legal and design safety
Meshix is run by SHPIT LLC. Send rights or other legal concerns with links to the content involved. We can't certify that a design will fit, hold, or be safe, so check every design yourself before you print or use it.
